Kit has been catering with a mission since her business was founded in 1983, long before 'going green' was trendy and popular. Thanks to her and other "crunchy", like-minded individuals, the path forward has been paved for kitchens everywhere to aim for a responsible zero-waste food-service experience.

Our mission and our hearts are one in the same with our staff and clientele. Over the years we have gained many friends and allies, cultivating relationships that have made a mark locally in the green food space. Thanks to these individuals, we have been improving and excelling in our field for nearly 40 years with many more to come!
